  • ▼ UPGRADES - (1) Thickened sides. (2) Four "X" reinforced ribs added on the bottom. (3) Better materials used: Anti-UV engineering Nylon + 30% Glass Fiber.
  • ▼ FEATURES - (1) Provides code required 1 inch stand-off from concrete ground. (2) Weather-resistant for indoor and outdoor use, non-corrosive. (3) Attaches to the bottom of the solid wood post and to concrete with threaded rod and epoxy.
  • ▼ INSTALLATION - ***Hardwares and accessories excluded. (1) Drill a 3/4"-diameter hole, 10" into the center of the post. (2) Clean out sawdust. Fill hole halfway with epoxy anchoring adhesive. (3) Insert all-thread 5/8" anchor bolt rod while twisting the rod, and allow the epoxy to set and cure. (4) Secure base plate to post using four 0.148" x 3" nails.
