I have a TR1004: On/Off, Timer, Thermo, Backlit (Battery) the unit will turn on the fireplace by itself and won’t shut down again till you switch it off on the wall switch (#RR01) , very dangerous situation . I had to uninstall Thermostat and replace with my old manual Thermostat.
Can iI get a replacement Remote Receiver (Mod # RR01 Lot # ELY907)

Bought a Duroblow remote control unit for my propane appliance. It started manfunctioning shortly after Amazon’s return window closed. Attempts to contact ‘Durablow’ for warranty have been unsuccessful despite multiple attemps.
No phone…no response to ‘payandpack’ whatever that is.
Buyer beware.

Hi. I purchased the SH3002 RH. My Milivolt valve is controlled by a simple wall switch which worlds perfect. Hooking up the smart switch will not turn the fore on. The thermopile is operating correctly (within specification) with 685 MV and 220 when closed. I have tried everything and nothing works unless I hook the wall switch back up. Please help before I return it. My number is 330-304-2388.
